🚚 Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:

  • Netherlands 🇳🇱

  • Belgium 🇧🇪

  • Germany 🇩🇪

  • and other eu country's

     

  • ⏱️ Processing & dispatch

  • Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped same or next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day 

     

  • Delivery times

  • NL/BE  1–3 business days

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of Eu 4-7 business days

  • Note: Pre-orders ship once stock arrives (see to the right).
     

  • 💶 Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: €5.95

  • Belgium & Germany: €6.95–€9.95

  • ✅ Free shipping on orders over €48

We ship with trusted partners:

  • PostNL

  • DHL

  • DPD / UPS

All orders include track & trace.
 

🔎 Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours after dispatch

  • Tracking may take a few hours to activate
     

  • Pre-orders & split shipping

  • Pre-order items ship when they arrive in stock

  • If your order contains both in-stock & pre-order items:

  • We may ship together (default), or

  • You can request split shipping (extra cost may apply)

⚠️ Delays
While we aim for fast delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs (outside NL)

  • High-demand releases
     

  • 📦 Lost or damaged packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We will replace or refund your order
     

  • 🔁 Returns & shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
